Distances, what is included, beaches that need booking and how to ask for availability: answers to the most common questions.
How far are the apartments from Olbia airport?
The homes are 4 minutes by car from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport (2 km), without traffic.
And from the ferry port?
Isola Bianca port is 9 minutes by car. Olbia's old town is 10 minutes away.
Can you hear the planes?
Planes fly over, but you cannot hear them at all inside.
What do the homes include?
Every home has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a washing machine. Sheets and towels are available on request.
Where exactly are they?
In the Olbia Mare area, across from the Moys marina. You receive the exact address with your confirmation.
How do I ask for availability?
Enter your dates, guests and mobile number in the form on the site: WhatsApp opens with your request already written, and we reply with availability and rates.
What is the CIN?
It is the National Identification Code (CIN) that identifies every tourist rental in Italy. You can find it on the pages of our homes.
Which are the nearest beaches?
Lido del Sole and Le Saline are 9 minutes away, Porto Istana and Pittulongu 14. In all, 16 beaches within 45 minutes, with travel times, services and booking details.
Do I need to book Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu?
Yes. From 1 June to 30 September access is limited: a €2 ticket (free under 12), booked online from two days before.
Are there restaurants near the homes?
Yes: Moys, 50 metres away, has a bar, bistro and restaurant open all year round. We have also picked 20 places between Olbia and the Costa Smeralda, grouped by budget.
Can I rent for work from September to June?
Yes: send us your period and number of people and we reply with availability and rates. La Casa di Giusy is available for long stays only.
Is there support during the stay?
Yes, we are reachable 24 hours a day, from check-in to departure.
